You can be trusted, effective, and visibly steady while carrying a level of strain that never reaches the room. You keep delivering, but the load is starting to shape your decisions, your presence, and your capacity in ways that are hard to name.
Some leaders arrive after programmes, 360s, and previous coaching. They understand their patterns well, yet the same reactions still show up when the stakes rise. Knowing the pattern and shifting the pattern are not the same thing.
Others are navigating transition: stepping into broader scope, leading at a new level of complexity, or deciding what the next chapter of leadership should look like. They are not in crisis. They want to think clearly and move deliberately.
Whether you recognise this immediately or are still trying to put language around it, both are the right place to start.
Insight alone rarely creates lasting change. Understanding why a pattern exists does not automatically change how it runs under pressure. We work at the level beneath behaviour, where the pattern is actually being generated.
L3 Coaching was founded by Sarah Burrows, an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), NLP Practitioner and Trainer, with over 1,500 coaching hours. Sarah has a strong scientific background, graduating with a Bachelor of Science before spending 25 years working across pharmaceuticals and health. It is the integration of science and coaching that underpins the L3 Coaching approach bringing real issues to the surface rather than working around them. Beneath behaviour, not around it.
All L3 coaches are trained through an ICF Level 2 school and work within a framework of ongoing supervision and professional development. Your initial consultation ensures you are matched with the right coach for what you're working through.
These are the core programmes for leaders. The approach is the same across all of them: beneath the behaviour, not around it. If your situation sits adjacent to any of these, bring it to the consultation.

Most leaders who seek coaching are not struggling. They are performing at a level that makes it harder, not easier, to acknowledge what is quietly not working. One-to-one coaching works at the level beneath the behaviour, with what is actually generating the pattern, not just the pattern itself. Your programme is built around what you are working through, not a generic leadership curriculum.

You are carrying decisions, pressure, and the accumulated weight of a demanding role. This full-day intensive creates the conditions to work through what is actually underneath it, not around it. Not a strategy session. A day of real work beneath the surface.

The way you communicate, hold influence, and show up under pressure is often where the quietest strains surface first. This six-week programme works with what is underneath those patterns, so the change shows up where it counts: in the room, under pressure, with the people who depend on your leadership.

Leaders often bring pressure that shows up as burnout, anxiety, or persistent sleep disruption. These areas respond to the same approach: working with the underlying patterns so change holds in daily leadership life.
High performers can keep functioning long after their system is signalling stop. We work with the identity pressures and internal rules that keep overextension running, so recovery is not temporary.
Racing thoughts and broken sleep usually have something driving them. We work with what is underneath, so rest becomes the pattern, not the exception.
Leadership anxiety often hides behind overpreparation, control, and constant mental rehearsal. We work beneath those behaviours so you can think clearly and respond with steadiness when pressure rises.
